Egyből jeleztem nekik, majd 1 hétig vizsgálták az ügyet! Cserélni nem áll módukba, mert elvileg ők ellenőrizték és rendben volt a szállító hibázott! Elállni a vásárlástól meg nem lehet, mert nem vesznek vissza hibás, sérült terméket, majd nagy kegyesen felajánlották, hogy most az egyszer kivételt tesznek, küldjem vissza önköltségen! Nem törekednek az ügyfélelégedetségre! Last week I ordered a product from them which I unpacked after it was received and some of the product ended up in the factory box. I immediately informed them and they were investigated for 1 week! They are not able to replace them, because in principle they were checked and okay the supplier made a mistake! You cannot cancel your purchase because they will not take back a faulty, damaged product, and then have been graciously offered to make an exception now, send it back at cost! They do not strive for customer satisfaction!
