About SaniterLine Ltd.
A Roca márka Barcelónában született 1917.-ben, mint családi vállalkozás Compania Roca Radiátortest S. A. név alatt, amely öntvény radiátorok és vízmelegítők gyártásával foglalkozott. A kezdeti sikerek a gyártás és és termék választék bővítéséhez vezettek. 1925.-ben vitték piacra az első öntvény kádakat és tizenegy évvel később a társaság elkezdett foglalkozni a szaniter kerámiával. A következő években a termékválaszék bővült csapszerelvények klímaberendezések és 1980.-tól kerámia burkolatok által is

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kicsi de kulturált hely bő választékkal és raktárkészlettel. Az eladótérben egész sokminden ki van állítva. Segítőkészek a kollégák. Kártyával is lehet fizetni.
 A small but cultured place with plenty of stock and stock. A lot of things are on display in the showroom. Colleagues are helpful. You can also pay by card.

I ordered a tub, which was purchased at the promised price and given away (although it has cost almost twice as much since then). They always answered my questions quickly as well. Maximally *****!!!

Óriási választék, jól belőtt ár értékarány, kitűnő szakmai hozzáértés segítette a vásárlásaimat, pedig eleinte csak egy-egy termék megvételével indítottunk. Végül a teljes felújítás szerelvényeinek, szaniterjeinek legnagyobb részét tőlük szereztük be apródonként.
Profizmus jellemzi az összes ott dolgozót, üzlet minden területén.
Többféle hasznos lehetőséget mutattak, segítve a termékválasztásban.
Nem féltek attól, hogy egy másik üzlet bemutatótermébe küldjenek megnézni
egy terméküket, amit fizikailag a saját üzletükben épp akkor nem tudtak bemutatni.
Rugalmasak voltak a megrendeléskor. Még a raktárukban dolgozókról is csak felsőfokon lehet szólni, ami a szervezettséget, precizitást, gyorsaságot és az empátiát illeti.
One of the best, if not the best, sanitary webshop of all.
A huge selection, well-priced value for money, excellent professionalism helped my purchases, although at first we started with only one product at a time. Finally, most of the fittings and sanitary ware of the complete renovation were obtained from them in small pieces.
Professionalism characterizes all those who work there, in all areas of business.
They showed several useful options to help with product selection.
They were not afraid to be sent to the showroom of another store to see it
a product they could not physically present in their own business at the time.
They were flexible when ordering. Even those working in their warehouses can only be talked about at the highest level in terms of organization, precision, speed and empathy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered product online and picked up in shop. Product came earlier than expected. Only draw back, when I was trying to call for two days no one was answering the phone... had to email to get a response.
Other then that, service was good at the shop and they have a good variety of products. Not a lot available in shop, but worth the visit after checking online. Will be returning as a customer.

While I never met with anyone in person; we able to successfully diagnose the issue over the phone and through images I sent via email to determine the replacement parts I would require. The brand installed in my home is not common here in Hungary, yet they were able to recommend a high quality compatible replacement with no issues.
The parts arrived, they were installed, and it's now completely functional. A replacement part with any other company that I got in touch with would have taken 3 months to acquire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we ordered a sink, they have accepted our order and said it is on stock and will be delivered soon. Few days later we received an e-mail about the delivery time and fee, which said we may wait three weeks
to receive the item and the delivery fee is higher then before. We were still waiting.....and finally they e-mailed us our order is cancelled. It is unacceptable.
