Sok válogatás sem volt probléma, türelmesen pakolgatták, hozták-vitték a mintákat, csak ajánlani tudom a céget. Érdemes a boltba személyesen bemenni, a webről sok esetben eltérnek a színek. It’s hard to choose the right one from a huge selection, but luckily we met helpful colleagues. Many of the selections were not a problem either, the samples were patiently packed, brought and taken, I can only recommend the company. It is worth going into the store in person, in many cases the colors are different from the web.
T	Tom Horti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A csempekrol meg nem tudok nyilatkozni, de teljes kaosz ez az uzlet. Eloszor ugy hivtak ide hogy minden megerkezett, majd kiderult, hogy a rendeles 4/5 megse. Most pedig 25 perce varjuk hogy valaki visszahozza a raktar kulcsat mert “veletlenul” hazavitte. I can't comment on the tiles, but this business is a complete mess. At first they were called here that everything had arrived, then it turned out that the order was 4/5. And now, 25 minutes ago, we've been waiting for someone to bring back the warehouse key because they took it home "unexpectedly."

Minden héten kaptunk értesítést hogy a héten megérkezik a rendelés, de végül 3 hónap kellett 6 darab csempe rendeléséhez. Majd mikor a kompenzációról kérdeztük őket, mivel miattuk állt a felújítás hetekig azt a választ kaptuk hogy örüljünk hogy olcsóbban kaptuk a csempét mert az aktuális ár magasabb és annak is hogy egyáltalán megkaptuk a rendelést. Vásárlóbarát hozzáállás… soha többet Invictus! They waited for months with our order, which we had to pay in advance. We were notified each week that the order would arrive this week, but in the end it took 3 months to order 6 tiles. Then when we asked them about the compensation, because they were in charge of the renovation for weeks, we got the answer to be glad we got the tile cheaper because the current price is higher and also that we got the order at all. Customer-friendly attitude… never again Invictus!

Olyan burkolatok is voltak ami ugyanattól a gyártótól máshol nem. Ár valóban sok termékhez nincs feltüntetve, de a jelenlegi helyzetben ez nem meglepő, amilyen ütemben emelkedik mindennek az ára. Köszönöm a kiszolgálást. I had an exceptionally good experience with the helpfulness of the seller, the choices were quite high in both price and design. There were also covers that were not available elsewhere from the same manufacturer. There is indeed no price for many products, but in the current situation, it is not surprising how much the price of everything is rising. Thank you for your service.
T	Tibor Borbély on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eszetekbe ne jusson.. Kétszer rendeltünk tőlük burkolatot, az első rendelésnél "nem siettünk", kb 6-7 hét alatt szállították ki a csempét. Második alkalommal ugyanebből a csempéből rendeltünk, 6 hetet ígértek, ehhez képest negyed év lett a vége!! Nem szóltak amikor megérkezett, nekem kellett őket fölhívni. A helyszín és a raktár is siralmas. Don't come to mind. We ordered coverings from them twice, we didn't "hurry" with the first order, the tile was delivered in about 6-7 weeks. We ordered from the same tile for the second time, they promised 6 weeks, compared to that it ended a quarter of a year !! They didn't speak when he arrived, I had to call them. The location and the warehouse are both deplorable.

Számlát egy kicsit késve kaptam meg, nekem kellet kérném hogy megkapjam,de a díjbekérőt azonnal kérték. Pedig csak 9 doboz csempét kértem. S ilyen lett. Szállítóval viszont nagyon elégedett vagyok,barátságos segítő kész. I apologize for the negative tone of the color, but I was expecting something else.
