Amit meg lehetetlen beszerezni, arra két hét kell, hogy meglegyen. :-) Very large selection, although stock is small, but almost anything is taken in 2-3 days. What is impossible to obtain should take two weeks. :-)

A párommal sorban álltunk hogy feltegyünk pár kérdést a vásárolni kívánt termékkel kapcsolatban, ezt figyelmen kívül hagyva elküldtek minket hogy a sorban mögöttünk álló vásárlókat szolgálják ki. Poor service, careless staff. My partner and I lined up to ask a few questions about the product we wanted to buy, and ignoring that, we were sent to serve the customers behind us in line.

Felhàboritó ès elfogadhatatlan amit ez a cèg csinàl . O üzlet politika ?? I do not recommend to anyone, stock is almost nothing. We waited 3 weeks for the first time, and finally they managed to complete what they promised in 6 weeks. It is outrageous and unacceptable what this company does. O business policy ??
B	Bernadett Balla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karácsony előtt pár nappal estünk be, hogy nekünk még a héten kell az új fürdőszobánkba a csempe és a járólap. Amint betértünk, kedvesen köszöntöttek minket, megkérdezték mik az elképzelések, és másodperceken belül az elképzelt színvilág kellős közepén találtuk magunkat - mikor sikerült választani, azonnal megnézték nekünk, hogy van-e abból a típusú csempéből, és kaptunk is pár napot gondolkozni. Mikor jelentkeztünk, hogy vinnénk, gyorsan reagáltak, rugalmasan kezelték az igényeinket. Még akkor is, mikor később kiderült, hogy kevesebbet rendeltünk, és kell még 1-2 doboz, szinte semmi perc alatt sikerült elintézni, annak ellenére is, hogy közben áramszünet volt az üzletben... :) mégegyszer ezer hála és köszönet Illés Lászlónak a profi hozzáállásáért! :) Az egyik legjobb, legszebb üzlet, ahol megfordultunk a felújítás során, és bátran fogom ajánlani az ismerőseimnek is. We fell in a few days before Christmas that we still need tiles and tiles in our new bathroom this week. As soon as we got in, we were greeted kindly, asked what the ideas were, and within seconds we found ourselves right in the middle of the imagined color world - when we made a choice, they immediately checked to see if we had that type of tile and got a few days to think. When we applied to take it, they responded quickly, handling our needs flexibly. Even when it turned out later that we had ordered less and needed 1-2 more boxes, we managed to arrange it in almost no minutes, despite the fact that there was a power outage in the store ... :) once again a thousand thanks and thanks to László Illés for for your professional attitude! :) One of the best, most beautiful shops we’ve visited during the renovation, and I’ll be happy to recommend it to my friends as well.
A	Aranka Görög on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 csillag a termékválsztéknak szól. Sok olyan termék van, amiből semmi készlet nincs, hogy mikor lesz? Nem adnak infót, pedig megigérik, hogy felhívnak. Munkatársaknak segítőkészsége 5 csillag, de csak addig még a boltban van a vásárló. Azután 1 csillag. Ugyanis, amint kilép a vásárló a boltból, semmi visszahívas amiről bent pl mi tajékoztatást katunk, hogy másnap hívnak.....eltelt azóta 5 nap!!! Sajnos ezzel a hozzáállással a vásarlókat veszitik el. 3 stars for the product range. There are many products from which there is no stock, when will it be? They don’t give info, though they promise to call. The helpfulness of the staff is 5 stars, but only until then the customer is still in the store. Then 1 star. Namely, as soon as the customer leaves the store, there is nothing to call back about it, for example, we will inform you that they will call the next day ..... 5 days have passed since then !!! Unfortunately, with this attitude, the buyers are lost.
