Többször is telefonáltam az este folyamán, először azt mondta a diszpécser, hogy a futár otthagyta a zacskót véletlen. Majd minden egyes alkalommal képes volt azt mondani, hogy félóra és ideér a futár. Állandóan arra hivatkozott, hogy sok a megrendelésük. Én ezt megértem, de akkor írják, hogy több órás szállítási idő. Hajnali fél egykor nagy nehezen idebotorkált egy futárnak nevezett csávó. Kb úgy nézett ki, mint akit most szedtek össze az utcáról, csak hogy kihozza nekünk végre a piát. We ordered at 8 in the evening, we waited 4.5 hours to order, even though the website shows 40-50 minutes. I called several times during the evening, first the dispatcher told me that the courier had left the bag by accident. Then each time he was able to say it was half an hour and the courier would come here. He constantly claimed that they had a lot of orders. I understand that, but you can write that several hours of delivery time. At dawn, a dude called a courier once stumbled here with great difficulty. It looked like he had just been picked up from the street, only to finally get us a drink.
D	Dávid Nagy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Túlárazott, nem is túl jó paletta, 0 rugalmasság, kelletlen melósok, látszik hogy élvezik a munkájukat (ha ez nem menne át, ez irónia), tipik csíra magyar hozzáállás. Nem véletlen 1,9 az értékelés enélkül is. Overpriced, not too good palette, 0 flexibility, reluctant jobseekers, they seem to enjoy their work (if it doesn't go through, it's irony), typical germ Hungarian attitude. It is no accident 1.9 the rating without it.
V	Victor Jonatán on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fél tízkor rendeltünk, ugyan a korlátozások miatt sok megrendelésük érkezett be, amit szerencsétlen diszpécser el is mondott,( ha nem a hangposta kapcsolt be) mert fel kellett őket hívnunk nem egyszer. Két óra után kiderült hogy fel se solgozták igazából a rendelést. KÉT ÓRA ALATT. A harmadik vagy negyedik hívás során kaptunk egy lehetőséget, hogy ha lemondunk a rendelésről (így a pénzünkről is) akkor kapunk 20% kedvezményt legközelebb. (Biztos lesz legközelebb) Inkább akkor gondoltuk hogy megvárjuk, és láss csodát csak öt órát vártunk és meg is kaptuk. S	Simon Buzási on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eddig kétszer rendeltem, a kiszállitási idő meghaladta a 2 órát Budapesten belül, holott 40-50 perc van a honlapjukon feltüntetve. Kettőből kettő rendelés esetén se sikerült a rendelt termékeket hiánytalanul kiszállítani, sőt a második esetben már meg se próbálták pótolni a hiányt. Senkinek nem ajánlom, a diszpécser suttyó bunkó, össze vissza hazudozik, a futárok inkompetensek. I have ordered twice so far, the delivery time has exceeded 2 hours within Budapest, although it is 40-50 minutes indicated on their website. In the case of two out of two orders, the ordered products could not be delivered in full, and in the second case no attempt was made to fill the gap. I do not recommend to anyone, the dispatcher whisper jerk, together back lying, the couriers are incompetent.

Megrendelés után 1,5-2 órával hívtam őket, mint utólag kiderült, addig fel sem dolgoztak a rendelésemet (illetve a diszpécser nekem panaszkodott, hogy nagyon sok megrendelésük van). Később óránként hívtam őket, de már fel sem vették. A futár végül kb. 6 órával később ért ide, amikor már aludtam, így nyilván nem tudtam átvenni a termékeket. Mivel előre fizettem kártyával Netpincéren, így legalább a pénzemet vissza tudtam szerezni az ottani ügyfélszolgálat segítségével. I can say the same things that were mentioned before me. I called them every hour later, but they didn’t pick me up anymore. The courier ended up with approx. He arrived here 6 hours later when I was already asleep, so obviously I couldn’t take over the products. Since I paid in advance with a card at Net Waiter, I was able to at least get my money back with the help of the customer service there.
M	Milla Helgert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21:36 kor rendeltünk tőlük, 2 óra várakozás után felhívtuk őket, hogy merre járnak, erre közölték, hogy ja hát még nem el sem indult a futár. Ezután óránként hívogattuk őket, legtöbbször nagyon felvenni sem akarták. Hajnali 2!! órakor olyan opciót ajánlottak fel, hogy ha nem akarjuk már a termékeket, a legközelebbi vásárlásra adnak 20%os kedvezményt, na köszi. A futár hajnal 3 óra körül érkezett meg, kemény 5 óra várakozás után. Szerintem ez elmond mindent :) We ordered from them at 21:36, after waiting for 2 hours we called them to see where they were going, they told us that the courier hadn't even started yet. We then called them every hour, most of the time they didn’t really want to pick them up. Hajnali 2 !! at an hour they offered an option that if we no longer want the products, they give a 20% discount on the next purchase, thanks. The courier arrived around 3 a.m., after a hard 5 hours of waiting. I think that says it all :)

Semmi indoklás, vagy magyarázat...És ez már nem az első eset. Inkább fizetek még extra szállítási díjat máshol, minthogy ezt még egyszer végig kelljen ülnöm... They are not brought out on time. I placed an order, which I paid for in advance, and then after an hour and a half I received the message that it had been canceled. No justification or explanation ... And this is no longer the first case. I'd rather pay extra shipping elsewhere than have to sit through it again ...
