“Jammertal Villányi Franc 2016” (prestige vine variety of Villány) was relatively expensive ... but at least gave us a great disappointment in exchange. We ordered it from the webshop of the Jammertal Vine Estate due to the promising marketing of Jammertal wines. One thing is for sure, the composition inside was not even close to the fancy and trendy bottle design ... shocking poor quality. Pricing something up without real performance is totally unacceptable. I do not recommend their wines at all. We tasted the “Jammertal Villányi Franc 2016” item (the flagship wine of the Villány region), which was relatively expensive ... but in return it was a huge disappointment. We ordered a bottle from the JBB webshop as we read a good deal about Jammertal wines. To be sure, the contents weren't due to the ornate and fashionable bottle workmanship ... the poor quality was staggering. To price something like this in the absence of expected performance is completely unacceptable and outrageous. I do not recommend the wines of the estate at all.
