★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very happy to be able to taste such delicious traditional hungarian food in Janos Vendeglo restaurant in Siofok during my visit in Hungary twice, and compare it with other restaurants by Lake Balaton. Food here was fresh and tasty, and service was very professional as well. I also had a privilege to meet the owners Janos and his lovely wife. This family owned restaurant is a place everyone should try. We will be definitely back with my family or friends next time we visit Siófok. Thank you so much to my hosts, the owners and everybody working at this restaurant for such a wonderful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to eat lunch or dinner. Plates are rather big ones, food is very OK, attractive for an eyes. But in general prices are too high for the proposed quality. Service so so, which was a bit dissapointing. In general place is OK, but for sure the better ones exists. I am just not sure if somwhere around :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant, country-style atmosphere. Efficient, professional and extremely polite service. Their food is out of this world. We had family lunches there 2 occasions. Every time we left this place, although we were completely stuffed, we were just hungry for more. I absolutely recommending it for everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will say the staff here is VERY friendly and kind, perhaps the nicest you can ever find! Prices are too high...it's too expensive for what you get. Quality of food is average but portions are HUGE. Please try to improve the quality and presentation of the food, it will help to make you a fantastic restaurant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had goose liver and it was really one of the best meals I had in my life. It was super delicious. The service was very kind, very subtle, always there but not bothering you. Very pleasant seating and music as well. Definitely recommended.
