I liked the place too much .... staff are very nice .... rooms are too big .... place is near the lagoon .... too many restaurents are on the way .... there is also a restaurent in the villa .... really i liked the city .... i visited in law season but i will come back in summer to enjoy siofok .... you also can go to the center to enjoy the best views from the tower and also to take some hot chocolate whine turning in tge top of the tower .... enjoy .... Very Nice Hotel, I was there on 1st may 2019 But if you reserve on phone, when you arrive, ask a written confirmation of the price, because the owner (not the kind man who received me in the evening) will ask you 15€ more for the same night and she will tell you "I'm sorry, I have no information" Everything is good in this hotel, place, superb room, breakfast, etc ... Except the boss who even doesn't tell you good bye when you leave the hotel after payment

Great place! Clean, modern bathrooms, working aircon, welcoming staff. 5 minutes casual walk from the beach and from the town centre (caffes, bars, supermarkets). This was our first visit, but already planning the next one for 2019.

Very nice room we got an upgrade as the other villa was full booked, friendly staff, breakfast a bit simple for this kind of location (they need to work on this). Very good Coffe service. Parking slots at the location available ( extra charge) .

If I could, I would give it zero stars. We had a gift voucher for which we had to contact the hotel 4 times before they even replied, and when we arrived they were still confused as to what we wanted. The so called wellness area is in another part of the city! And the restaurant in which we had an included dinner at a so called buffet, was a small italian restaurant somewhere in the city, where a waiter didnt speak a single word to us, put us at a table and brought us a plate of noodles. He didnt even ask if we wanted something to drink, or what we wanted to eat. No, he just brought us whatever and thats it. The food wasn't even good - extremely satly and very little. The heating in the room didnt work so it was extremely cold and the windows were so cheap that the draft and sound made it feel as if we were sleeping in a tent. Its right next to the railway tracks so its extremely loud. The promised chapagne bottle that was supposed to await us in our room was nowhere to be found. The shower head was damaged. I've had a better breakfast at youth hostels. This hotel was a total waste of money. For this price, you can get far better elsewhere. We left a day early because we couldn't stand it anymore.

Excellent location, just a few minutes from Lake Balaton. The staff was extremely nice and polite. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Very accommodating. The price is slightly higher than one would expect but would return without any qualms.

We stayed 4 nights. Excellent location, just a few minutes from Lake Balaton. Very accommodating and helpful . The price is fair, a lot of other places where a lot higher and do not offer the same accommodations or the history that this hotel offers not to mention the staff was very well informed of the history and was helpful in explaining McCann's are close by as well antiques and a lot of history. Would be great for wedding venue!Staff was extremely nice and polite. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Look forward to our next visit!
