★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elevator does not work for more than a month as i learnt. Cleaning lady (when doing her duty) covered the stairs from wall-to-wall with dirty laundry. I asked her if there was an other way down, got the suggestion to climb over the laundry. ?!?. Half an hour later there was a nice walking path formed though.
One side of the hotel is directly facing the train station, so if you are bothered by noise, ask for a room on the other side.
The staff is generally helpful, but seems to be a little amartourish.
Breakfast is ok (omlette, wurst, cereal, bread, jam), but no fruits or other fresh groceries.
On the positive side: the rooms are pretty ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this hotel is nice but not a 4 stars hotel, only a 3. The beds are not so comfortable, I'm thin but I can feel the springs of the bed on my ribs☹️. There are mould in the bathroom the swimming pool area. The staff are very friendly and the foods are very tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wellness is rather a disappointment, in regards of the "hot tub". I wouldn't put one like this in my garden, let alone in the wellness of a 4 star hotel. Otherwise wellnesd is small, but all right.
Breakfast were above average, dinners were satisfactory.
6 cocktails took them about 40 - 45 minutes (us being there only), and later that night one of our orders wasn't even served. They forgot it alltogether (or draft beer takes more time than the cocktails?).
Locationwise can be good or bad, depending on the room. 2 sides of the hotel face the curch and/or the train station across the street, so it can be pretty loud.
The rooms were clean, and the garden of the hotel is quite nice, Balaton is a short walk away.
I felt it didn't live up to the standards of the 4 stars it has.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff made it 3stars, otherwise it would have been a 2. The facilities are badly in need of maintenance. The seats in the sauna are moving around, creating big holes. Half of the machines in the gym aren't working. There are marks of water leaking in on the ceiling in the restaurant. But again, the staff were amazing, made us feel very welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent family Christmas here. The hotel had several Christmas programs to offer. (Decoration, gingerbread making, saunashow, mulled wine&baked apple etc.) The wellness was clean and big enough. The room we got was nice. The only thing I could mention is that people with special diet can choose only from few foods.
