(A kávéfőzőn az összes lámpa villogott egyszerre bekapcsoláskor) A szervíz nem jelentkezett 1 hònapon át ,hogy a hiba forrását sikerült -e megtalálni?! 1 hònap utan sikerült elérni a szervízt Google -n talaltuk meg a mobilszámot ,mert a szervízlapon nem szerepelt csak vezetékes szám ,amit nyitvatartási időbe nem sikerült felvenniük többszöri pròbálkozás ellenére! Panelt forrasztották megbenne 11.000 ft úgy hogy nem lett egyeztetve erről szeretnénk -e ezt így ennyiér?! A gépet miután hazavittük ugyanúgy nem működött! A szervízt nem ajánlom senkinek! Fogyasztòvédelemhez fordulunk a továbbiakban! We handed over a Jura C5 coffee machine for service At the end of July . A panel was soldered into it at 11,000 ft so it wasn't agreed on whether we wanted this so much ?! The machine did not work the same way after we took it home! I do not recommend the service to anyone! We turn to consumer protection in the future!

Vidékről nehezebben megoldható a kávéfőzőnk szervizbe juttatása, de mind az átadásnál, mind a javítás utáni átvételnél gördülékenyen, rugalmasan meg tudtuk oldani. Nagyon köszönöm még egyszer a remek hozzáállást és a kedves kiszolgálást. Csak ajánlani tudom a szervizt. They were very professional and kindly helpful.
