Akárhányszor bementünk az üzletbe (ami ezek után csak akkor fordul elő, ha nagyon muszáj) hiába köszöntünk hangosan, érthetően, a "kedves" ott dolgozók nemhogy nem köszöntek, de még csak fel sem néztek. Ha valami kérdésem volt, flegmán odavetettek valamit, utána ott hagytak. Ha leszállnának a magas lóról, talán jobb kedvvel menne be a vevő is. Erre szokták azt mondani, tovább kellett volna tanulni. Service is beneath all criticism. Sajnos árnyalja a képet, hogy az utóbbi időben több termékkel kapcsolatban is minőségi kifogással kellett élnem. Igaz a reklamáció kezelése mindig nagyon korrekt módon történik. A másik negatívum, hogy volt olyan bútor amire hosszú heteket kellet várni, mert nincs központi vagy európai raktárban sem, hanem szó szerint a megrendelés után kezdik gyártani. Ez persze a covid helyzettel is magyarázható némileg. Ennek ellenére továbbra is szívesen vásárolok itt, remélve, hogy az általam nehezményezett dolgok javulni fognak. Unfortunately, the picture is nuanced by the fact that I have had to make quality complaints about several products lately. It is true that complaints are always handled very correctly. Of course, this can also be explained somewhat by the covid situation. Nevertheless, I still enjoy shopping here, hoping that the things I resent will improve.
