★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nekem közel van ez a bankfiók, de nem is az a lényeges. Jó, hogy van olyan automata itt, amivel befizetni is lehet. Meg jó volt úgy bemenni oda ügyet intézni, hogy tudták, hogy mivel kapcsolatban kellett visszalátogatnom, és még a biztonsági őr is rendes!
This bank branch is close to me, but it is not essential either. It is good that there is an automatic machine here that can be used to deposit. It was good to go in there to deal with a matter that they knew I had to visit back in connection with, and even the security guard was normal!

A rossz tapasztalat után átmentem az Árpád üzletházban lévő fiókba. Érdekes módon ott minden kérdésemet precízen, pontosan megválaszolták, kb fele annyi idő alatt, mint ameddig a problémás Újpest központban lévő ügyintéző feltartott.
The customer is despised, they think they know everything better, but they can not answer my account affairs. All in the middle of the pitch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jelenlegi járványügyi helyzet mellett 2 ügyfélszolgálati munkatárs van csak. Emiatt egy csomó szolgáltatást nem lehet igénybe venni a fiókban. Kb ez olyan, mintha az ABC-ben nem lehetne kenyeret venni, mert csak kasszás van..... A 21.században hihetetlen a K&H-tól
