Teljes mértékben elégedetten távoztam, már két alkalommal, igaz egyszerű dolog miatt kerestem fel a fiókot (befizetés). Segítőkészek, kedvesek, max 5 percet várakoztam, az ügyintéző hölgy egyéb nem hozzá tartozó kérdésemnek is utánajárt! Köszönöm! Bátran ajánlom mindenkinek! Majd jöttek még 3-an akiket egyből fogadtak. 45 perc múlva szólítottak majd közölték, hogy időpontot kell kérni. Mondtam, hogy okés, de mégis milyen dokumentumokat kéne magunkkal hozni, erre közölte velem az ügyintéző, hogy ő ehhez nem ért ezért nem tudja. Ha lehetne mínuszt adni akkor ez az lenne. They just robbed me of my time, unnecessarily.

B	Balázs Forgács on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos 3-4-szer vissza kell mennem, mert mindig elrontanak valamit ügyintézés során, ami utólag derül ki, online és telefonon sem lehet módosítani egy csoportos beszedési megbízást, bent meg folyamatosan elütik a számokat.. csak szólok, hogy a fogyasztási azonosító és a felhasználási azonosító nem ugyanaz!! A sorszám kijelzés monitorját több helyre is kitehetnék és nem ártana akusztikus jezéssel sem ellátni, már nem a kőkorszakban vagyunk. Fejlesszenek legyenek szívesek, mert ez így közel nulla. Azért kettes, mert az ügyintézők, ha nincsenek is a helyzet magaslatán, legalább kedvesek, a fiókvezető pedig áramszünet esetén is technikai zseni! Mindenki nagyon figyeljen oda, hogy mit ír alá, képesek a banknál néhány tizeddel feltolni az ajánlatot, a "gyorsan írják alá" típusú szerződéskötésnél. Saját tapasztalat! For two, because the clerks, even if they are not at the height of the situation, are at least kind, and the branch manager is a technical genius even in the event of a power outage! Everyone should pay close attention to what they are signing, they are able to push the offer by a few tenths at the bank, in the case of a "sign quickly" type of contract. Own experience!
