There is a nice lady to help out but unfortunately she doesn’t speak english...

It was a good experience. The lady was really sweet. The only thing which was not good that I had to go to another bank to pay for the insurance.

I had a good experience here, we got one year insurance for 23000 ft as they said that there is no six months insurance any more in the whole country but after that I found someone who made a six month insurance in the same period. The worst thing that there is nobody there speaks English, but the staff were so kind and helpful, but we had to use sign language. The other good thing that the location is super easy to find, it is very close to tram lines four and sex. The whole process took like 30 minutes not more.

This review is not meant for the people of this office, but for the people working in their Head Office and The Generali Insurance Company as a whole. Fraudulent approach to lure you into purchasing their quote: they tell you they accept No claim Bonus Proof from abroad (in my case from UK) and instead, once the 14 days free cancellation time is over, they then tell you that the no claim bonus they received is not acceptable as it is and they need more details on it, such as your full name, Date of birth, date start and end of the policy, reason of cancellation and a note to say that there were no claims made under that year (or years), plus they require a signature at the bottom. If your last insurance you have been with was only for a year policy but your collected bonus up to that year is -for example- 9 years: they do not accept it. They ask you to send in all the certificates for each insurance you have been with ( so for example if you have been 2 years with one, they 1 year with another, then 4 years with another, to send those proofs in for their consideration): this takes ages to sort out especially when during a world pandemic. Once you received your proofs back from each insurer you have been with (in my case in UK) they still DO NOT ACCEPT THEM and only accept the last year you have been with an insurer. They have only accepted a B01 for me for year 2018-2019 (which stated from UK that I had earned up to that date an overall 9 years no claims bonus!!) and they have asked me to send them a certificate for the time from 2019 to 2021 when I have had no car here in Hungary at all. All the certificates that took me nearly 2 months to receive back from the insurers in UK, they now told me they cannot accept. They should have told me all this to start with and give me the choice to go with another insurance instead. They should have told me while I was getting my quote or at least, during the 14 days free cancellation period, not after I have paid over 90,000ft for a full year insurance that now does not even accept my 9 years no claim bonus from UK. Very unprofessional, if you think they do this over a bonus paper, imagine what will they do when you will try to raise a claim!! Stay away.
