Nincs otthon internet??!1h 45 perc utan megkerdeztem meddig várjak,este 6 ig? Mert aki utannam jött egy oraval,az is hamarébb sorra került! Erre az volt a válasz,nem csak 4 ig,mert addig vagyunk nyitva! Szégyen!1 ora hossza alatt 4 en hagyták ott a sorszámot,és mentek el! Megkérdeztem a biztonsági őrt, hogy gond van a rendszerükkel erre ő közölte (meglehetősen arrogánsan), hogy ez elsősorban bank. kérdezném, hogy akkor minek van 1000 betűmérettel kiírva, hogy biztosító. Lehet jobban teljesítenének, ha megadnának egy időpontot amikor biztosítós ügyfelekkel foglalkoznak. A bankvezető közben nyitott ajtónál telefonált,természetesen nem a problémát próbálta kezelni. Miután nagy nehezen felbukkant egy "ügyintéző", és kiderült, hogy dolgozni kellene, előadta a hattyú halálát: ami miatt mentünk, azt csak ő tudná elintézni, de pont el kell mennie, és egyébként is adategyeztetésre lenne szükség, majd máskor, időpontra menjünk vissza... A barátaim azt mondják itt az ideje, mert ők is úgy látják hogy ennek a banknak nem kell a profit meg az ügyfél. A telefonos ügyfélszolgálat LETILTÁS menü pontjában is elérhetetlen egy kezelő ! EZ VICC ! Kérem, ha én igy dolgoznék a munkahelyemen mint önök itt, akkor még aznap délután kirúgnának mint a sz.t . Én többet nem telefonálok, erre nincs annyi időm meg pénzem, és nem is írok mert unom már a semmit. Saját maguk alatt vágják a fát. Olyan mintha fingot reszelnénk.
