Végtörlesztés ügyében érdeklődtünk volna, de hiába...Semmilyen választ nem adott, és édesanyámmal lekezelő módon viselkedett!!!! Ha jól tudom, mi vagyunk az ügyfelek, ami azt jelenti hogy 100%-osan a mi érdekünket kell hogy képviselje, és megadja a megfelelő információt amit kérünk. Nem tudom elfogadni hogy 2019-ben ilyen előfordulhat egy bankfiókban. Nem értem, hogyan lehet ilyen pozícióban egy olyan ember aki így bánik az ügyféllel, és ilyen mértékben hiányos a hozzáértése.... Ha lehetne 0 csillagot adni, azt adtam volna. Természetesen a panaszom továbbítom az Erste központnak is. The account manager is completely incompetent and unable to provide meaningful answers to simple questions. Along with all this, there is even a manager. We would have been interested in a final repayment, but to no avail ... He gave no answer and behaved with my mother !!!! If I know well, we are the customers, which means that it is 100% up to us to represent our interests and give us the right information we ask for. I can't accept that this could happen in a bank branch in 2019. I don't understand how a person who treats a client like this in such a position has such a lack of competence .... If I could give it 0 stars, I would have given it. Of course, I also pass on my complaint to the Erste Center.
