★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I did the tour along the Danube from Passau to Budapest. We need bike boxes to get the bikes into the plane back to the UK. They were very helpful with this, gave us 2 big cardboard boxes. They were friendly and spoke English. Also the shop was well stocked and we bought a repair kit and a small pump. Really grateful to these people.

I had an inner tube problem on the way. I just stopped by. They fixed it within 10 minutes for a good price.
The staff is very friendly.
Within the shop you have a dressing room in order to try equipment that you would like to buy.
Very nice shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High fees, poor service, 5,500 forints to replace the inner tube, and the tires have to be installed on the bicycle. The indifferent face throughout the whole process feels like a very failed experience. I highly recommend not to go to this store.
