Az is szánalmas, hogy konkurencia híján kiskirályt játszva ezért a 15 évvel ezelőtti "szolgáltatásért" tévéadással együtt van pofájuk elkérni havi 10.990 forintot. Mindezt úgy, hogy az elmúlt 1 évben nem volt olyan hónap, amikor ne lett volna probléma a "szolgáltatással", netszakadás, nézhetetlen tévéadás. Alig várom hogy végre megszabaduljunk tőlük! Ha lenne lehetőségem váltanék, de a környéken csak ez van. Most kitudja meddig nem lesz itthon internet miközben megy az online oktatás. Már az évek alatt teljesen elvesztettem minden reményemet, hogy majd egyszer képesek lesznek normális szolgáltatást nyújtani. Elég gyakran vannak hasonló problémák, de általában csak pár órára megy el az internet. Ha van lehetőséged, hogy más szolgáltatónál is legyél ne válaszd ezt! There has been no net for 24 hours. S	Sylerostus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gyerekek.. új modem nincs net.. Minek ide a CAT6-os kábel amikor nem tud kommunikálni az eszköz semmivel.. Arról nem is beszélve hogy a 250mb úgy látszik csak 87 jobbik esetben. Kids .. new modem no net .. Why the CAT6 cable when the device can't communicate with anything .. Not to mention that 250mb only seems to be 87 in better cases.

Műszaki ügyfélszolgálattal nem lehet beszélni. Lehet náluk minden rendben van, esetleg más szolgáltatónál fizetnek elő. No or poor service. For the fourth time in the last two weeks, there is no internet connection. Usually on weekends or in the evening. It is not possible to talk to technical customer service. Maybe everything is fine with them, or they may subscribe to another provider.
