Előre megkérdeztem, ha van raktáron, de arról nem volt szó, hogy a raktár egy másik univerzumban van, Kínából hamarabb érkeznek meg a rendelések. Sikeres szállítási cím módosítás után, a rossz címre szállították ki a terméket. Lehet nem a bolt hibája, de akkor a beszállítókkal kell jobban egyeztetni a dolgokat. Sajnos csalódtam bennük. Diszpécser hölgy hangneme,és viselkedése vállalhatatlan! Rendelésem lemondtam,és senkinek nem tanácsolom hogy bármit is rendeljen. I do not recommend anyone to use the website! Azért ha ezt valaki megteheti, hogy hagy veszni az ilyen értékű vásárlásokat, az nem semmi! Ha meg a beosztott tehet róla, rúgnám ki páros lábbal. Megvettem máshol ennyi.. Although I did not place the order on this interface, Belhor Group did the same. The nonsense of a webshop not responding to a phone or email ....

Személyesen elmentem, akkor azt ígérték, hogy utána néznek és informálnak, de semmi infot nem kaptam. Még akkor sem tudtak semmit mondani, amikor újra elmentem személyesen...Végül máshonnan megrendeltem a kandallót, ahonnan néhány napon belül meg is érkezett. I would not recommend it to anyone. I have not received any information about the order recorded on the website for more than a month. No phone will be picked up or called back.
