Sajnos a cégről ez egyáltalán nem mondható el, egészen addig amíg nem utaltam el a kérésükre a teljes összeget előlegként minden rendben volt. A gondok utána kezdődtek, több héten keresztül ( weboldalon 10-12 nap van szállításra megadva!) nem jött meg az áru, semmilyen információt nem kaptam, hogy hol tart éppen az áru, csak ha én kerestem őket. 1 hét után azt mondták, hogy még két hét, válasszak bioetanolt 4 üveggel addig is, és elküldik hogy legyen mivel elindítani ha majd megkapom. Így tettem, a mai napig (több mint 1 hónap alatt sem kaptam meg...) Mikor lejárt a két hét megint megkerestem őket, akkor azt mondták, hogy nem tudtak hogy a futár cégnél súlykorlátozás van és ezért nem tudták elküldeni. Jött a második “vígaszdíj” ajánlat, küldenek egy begyújtót (szinten nem kaptam meg a mai napig). Majd egyszer csak anélkül hogy bárkinek is szóltak volna megjelent a ház előtt egy futár hogy hozta a kandallót. A fentiek miatt érzem azt, hogy nincsenek kézben tartva a cégnél a megrendelések és az üzletmenet. :( The purchased product (ebios bio fireplace) is impeccable, perfect! Unfortunately, this cannot be said about the company at all, until I referred the full amount as an advance at their request, everything was fine. The problems started after that, for several weeks (the website has 10-12 days for delivery!) The goods did not arrive, I did not receive any information about where the goods are, only if I was looking for them. After 1 week I was told that for another two weeks, I would choose bioethanol with 4 bottles in the meantime and would be sent to have it to start when I get it. That's what I did, to this day (I haven't received it in more than 1 month ...) When the two weeks were over I approached them again, they said they didn’t know the courier company had a weight limit and therefore they couldn’t send it. Came the second “joy prize” offer, they send an lighter (level I haven’t received to date). Then suddenly, without telling anyone, a courier appeared in front of the house to bring the fireplace. Because of the above, I feel that orders and business are not in the company’s hands. :(
