I used to buy a used piano (because they are supposed to do so) through their website, but they didn't appreciate the answer. After a couple of days I tried on the phone (if the message via the website was not working for some reason), here I was more successful, I asked to send a picture of the instrument via email and then notified. That's what I did. Can I guess I've got this answer ever since ...
