Respect Hotel Management! This is the second time we have spent a week with you with my wife and I can say that we are not disappointed now! The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff is infinitely kind (we would single out Victoria and Eve) the quality and quantity of food is beyond expectations (which praises the work of Rozi's hand)! We had New Year’s Eve with friends, so then we had a great time. We got accommodation upstairs, which was basically adequate, but the showers ... In room 16, for example, a thick plastic "something" was installed instead of one of the broken / removed sliding doors. NO shower curtain! The water flowed slowly. The toilet ... let's leave it at that! The pressure on the floor is so low that it is approx. You can SEM with 100 liters of water. Instead of pancakes at one dinner, the leftover cake from the previous day was given for dessert.

I don't even know where to start! Upon arrival I indicated that I had paid a weekend surcharge, but we arrived on weekdays (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) as the owner fell on March 15th it was a long weekend so he paid us the weekend and special seasonal rates as well, but that's not how it was in the offer! Room: buggy, room full of black hair, no vacuum cleaner, dirty cobweb walls, perforated sheets, perforated bed linen, big pillow stuffed into a small pillowcase, my neck broke out, I couldn't sleep on it. Bathroom: extractor approx. 2 years old powder, The lack of a lower roller on the shower door could not be closed, the water was dirty, the water smelled. The sink is dirty, the lamp is dirty, the toilet is dirty, the tiles are dirty, they are not washed! There was no problem with food anyway, maybe so much that the selection is not big! Wellness department is equal to zero! There was so much chlorine in Jacuzzi that it bitten my eyes and throat, it was unenjoyable. The whole "hotel" would need a thorough cleaning! The parking lot is so camera-packed that we were asked where we parked! Nothing could be done here In the yard there is a ruined playground, basketball court. A word ends in a hundred, we won't come here anymore!

My partner and I went for 2 nights, we received this holiday as a gift. Not to mention that we had to pay extra. Nevertheless, the cleanliness of the room was disgraceful, cobwebs on the wall, the floor did not see the broom, and the carpets were dirty. The toilet could hardly be flushed down when you were done, everything went down during the flush, but not what you needed, so you had to pour a bottle of water to go down. During the time we were there, the trash was never replaced, so by the last day its contents were almost out. The wifi dew was weak, after a few minutes it was dropped from the net, not a single video call could be made. In today's world, this should be a basic service. Whenever we could we didn't stay. We expected a lot better based on the pictures.

The reception is very kind and homely. From the reception to the cleaner, everyone is very kind and helpful. However, this does not compensate for the disappointment caused by the accommodation ... We arrived on 05.11, the outdoor swimming pool was not open, we chose them). As we got over this, the following disappointment came: despite the information on the website, not all rooms have a refrigerator. There is supposed to be a minibar in some places, but I don't think those who use the minibar go to a 3-star place, but everyone would need a fridge. If so, you also need to bring a hair dryer, unfortunately. The half board was okay, it fits the category, maybe so much that the amount of dinner is a kid’s portion, so we always ate from what we took, even though we’re not particularly greedy. Overall, it was a disappointment because the place was nice, the accommodation turned down, raferne the renovation, especially the spa. There could be a lot more to it than you give now, the info on the website is more for information only, unfortunately.
