We used to take our dog here, we are happy and so is the dog.

We discovered the place not so long ago, on the recommendation of others. We tried it and it was simply super. Everyone is very kind and our dog enjoys the 1-2 days a week terribly. They come to the house in the morning and bring it back in the evening. Thank You!

We took our 1 year old Golden Retriever here for one night, from Saturday morning to Sunday night, as we suddenly had to travel and our already proven boarding house (and another 12 I called that day) were all full house. In the end, it won, my acquaintance also recommended it with a good heart, and the reviews are also good, so we left Madzag there with a calm heart. The next day when we went for him the dog came out limped, they said he must be tired because he ran nonstop. I thought okay, of course, that's what happens. However, the dog could not come up the stairs to our apartment at home, his legs folded and he went to bed. We had to carry the 30kg dog. I called them back that night to make sure he was just tired, to which I got the answer that maybe the gravel had worn off his legs. Then I took a closer look at his paws, the soft part between the pillows glowing red on all four legs. It didn’t improve the next day either, so the next afternoon at the vet where he got an anti-inflammatory injection and we also had to replace a cream with which we had to lubricate the soles for a week, so the veterinary cost was more than two nights anyway. There were then several correspondence between me and the guesthouse. I resented that in addition to the observation of 0-24 that this could happen, they did not admit after three exchanges of letters that they had made a mistake, they said my "urban" dog must not be used to this environment. We live in the 17th district, in a garden house, on the upper level of the house, where a staircase leads up. So non-urban environment. Literally, we agreed on the phone in the end, and in the end an agreement was reached, the cost of the boarding house was refunded (it didn’t actually go away until we got a fee request, and I would have loved to arrange that before we paid what they thought of the situation). Regardless, I feel bad because I think they made a mistake and they didn’t take it even then. Obviously we don’t go there anymore and I’m also sure based on the reviews that we’re 1 in 100 because I’ve read a lot of good reviews unconsciously, but we should be able to deal with these problems as we haven’t turned in one place anymore, such accidents can happen elsewhere, but it does not matter whether one can resolve it, or whether bad taste will remain forever.

Very good place. The owners are real dog freaks, the service is excellent. If you need to come home and take your little pet. We recently brought our puppy home and he seemed to be enjoying himself there. You can gradually follow your doggies' daily lives on Facebook. I can only recommend.

Our doggy Lori loves it, a real player bull type mix, he loves to walk to you and we always get back happily, tired and balanced.

We left two dogs there for 3 nights. They eat raw, we took everything portions for feeding. One of our dogs ran out and the other came home so sick that he ate for the first time on the 4th day. Not to mention their smell. Our first thing was to bathe them as soon as we got home. I don’t know if there are any hygiene problems and my dog ​​has caught something, or they don’t watch which dog ends up eating what food, and imagining each other consuming something else. But something is definitely wrong. We've been to a boarding house before, we haven't experienced anything like that.
