Quiet place for tourists but there is no information from where the bus depart. We had to ask other travellers.

Excellent Place for bus station. Polski bus also super. Comfortable seats with good facilities.

The plaza near the bus station looks good and it can be used as a waiting spot.. unless it's raining. Unfortunately, there are NO boards, posters or anything to inform travellers about the buses' schedule. There is no sign that shows where the bus stops at all, so you rely on intuition or on asking other people near by..

The women worked at the Flexibus counter at the Kelenfold was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I tried to ask a question about the 13:50 delayed bus to Krakow on August 17, 2019, she was very annoyed that I interrupted her surfing on the phone, she shouted at me saying that it was not her problem. Her job was inside and she didn't care what happened outside. Never met such a rude service provider. I could believe my ears!

RegioJet buses do not depart from here! Go back to where tram no.49 and 19 end, the RegioJet stop is just opposit the tram stop near the post office (press like if this helps) zoom in bigger on google map and the RegioJet point will pop up showing. Its easier to commit suicide than talking to any of the counter staffs. Not because of language barrier, because of attitude. Hint: Don’t stand and wait for infocounter to ask if you need help, just be rude for once in your life and shout into the mic your question because they pretend to not see you and pretend busy. Even if your head is right infront staring at them, they must have trained hard to ignore everyone like hired to not do my job. Also 99.99% of their answer is “i don’t know” and “i never seen or heard that before”, and yes they will answer you in the rudest manner possible... you need to be angrier and more rude than them to gain respect and answer. Think they got asked the same question 100s times hence they actually post a note “questions only about this bus station” on the window, and if you do asked about anything else (like how on earth if i know that bus is NOT suppose to run from this bus stop), they point you to the note again (rather than just tell you such bus do not depart from here), and if you ask again they will ask you if you understand what the note says, and if you say you don’t understand (because you are still confused, as you have never met such rude staff before) they will brush you away and shout NEXT!!! We asked multiple people for help nicely inside the bus station, including the woman at the Flixbus counter and another woman working the domestic tickets and both were extremely rude, rolled their eyes at us, and told us to leave. I am never coming back to this bus station, I’d rather take a cab all the way from Vienna to Budapest than encounter this horrid behavior. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. Please try to avoid this station at ALL COSTS. By the way, it took us over an hour to figure out how to get to the city because no one wanted to help us.

We took Regiojet and be warned that the bus stops outside the terminal. You will be able to see it from platform A3. The attached photo was taken from inside our bus.
