★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great volcano museum. Really world class and kid friendly. If you want to try the local wine try kovvin Winery and Vineyard just up the hill. You can rent the guesthouse that is very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A local must-see for kids over the age of 7 years. There are many interactive and informative toys about geography (volcanos and minerals mainly) and astronomy (our solar system), although a few of them were out of order. My kids loved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best museum experiences in Hungary. This museum leads into the world of volcanoes through a symbolic journey from underground to the top of the building. Each room shows a different aspect, with great interactive tools, the final room opens up to the volcanic Ság hill. Worth the price, especially with guidance. Nice merch in the museum shop.
