Kedves Krisztián, Köszönjük szépen a hètföi költöztetést. Nagyon elégedettek vagyunk a csapat munkájával. Profi munka, mindenre odafigyeltek, nagyon örülünk hogy Önöket választottuk. Köszönöm, hogy szólt a 900Ft túlfizetéssel kapcsolatban. A dobozokat szeretnénk visszavinni a jövö hèt folyamán, esetleg akkor is tudjuk rendezni a dolgot.

Az ember nem nagyon szeret költözni, az viszont egy nagy megnyugvás, hogy a költözés egyik legnehezebb része jó kezekben van! Jó szívvel ajánlom költözést tervezőknek :-) maximális az elégedettség :-) Well organized work, reliable team. They pay attention to the details, the furniture and the boxes, so they are thorough and work at a very fair price. People don’t really like to move, but it’s a big reassurance that one of the hardest parts of moving is in good hands! I highly recommend moving to planners :-) maximum satisfaction :-)

Csak viszonyítás képpen: egy napra kaptunk egy 130.000-Ft-os árajánlatot-ami ugye utólag kiderült csak netto összeg, a 9.ker-ből költöztünk a 20.-kerületbe. Mindkét helyen lifttes ház van. Senkinek sem ajánlom-a végén még arrogáns is volt és fenyegető. ------------------------------------- A fogyasztóvédelem megalapozottnak tartotta a panasztételünket, figyelmeztette a céget. Az, hogy ennek ellenére az Áfa-t nem neki kell kifizetnie az állam felé, csak a bürokrácia hatékonyságát kérdőjelezi meg. A szállítók már a megbeszélt szombat reggel 8 órai időpont előtt megérkeztek, hamar felmérték a munka méretét és azonnal neki is fogtak. A 20 köbméteres teherautóval 2 fordulóból jöttünk ki, amivel eleve számoltunk - a második körben már messze nem volt tele a raktér. A bútorokat szakszerűen takarták, minden épségben megjött, egyetlen olyan bútor volt ami összeszerelve kifogott a csapaton, a médiaállvány nem fért volna le a lépcsőfordulókban. A megbeszélt 4 órás időtartamot 10-15 perccel meghaladtuk (plusz amennyivel korábban jöttek), de így sem számoltak fel plusz díjat. Mi egy darabig nem költözünk, de másnak biztosan ajánlani fogom a csapatot. From Zugló, a 53 sqm apartment on the second floor, we moved to Rákosszentmihály with a lot of stuff, copied by emptying a properly packed storage room. The vendors had already arrived before the scheduled Saturday morning at 8 a.m., quickly assessing the size of the work and catching it immediately. With the 20 cubic meter truck, we came out of 2 rounds, which we had already expected - in the second lap, the cargo space was far from full. The furniture was professionally covered, it came all intact, it was the only piece of furniture that caught on the team when assembled, the media stand would not have fit in the stairwells. We exceeded the agreed 4-hour period by 10-15 minutes (plus as much as they had come before), but no extra fee was charged anyway. We won’t be moving for a while, but I’ll definitely recommend the team to someone else.

But the team they sent for us were so lazy, one of them left immediately after he saw the place and the company told me they will send a substitute for him which never arrived. The team wanted to leave sooner than the time they had to. Also one of them was very impolite and I asked him 2 times to lower his voice while he is speaking to a lady. I really regret my choice to ask this company because they can not control their teams.
