Június első napjaiban rendeltünk meg 1 db konyhai felsőszekrényt. Szeptemberre vállalták, de nagyon kedvesen megígérték, hogy ha valamikor lesz egy kis idejük, és befér, megcsinálják korábban. Szeptemberben érdeklődtem, azt mondták, elfelejtették, október vége. Novemberben telefonáltam, amikor közölték, hogy ugyan közel fél éve várunk rá, és folyamatosan ígérgették, minden megkeresésnél, mégsem vállalják. Hozzátenném, az utcasarkunkon vannak, tehát a kiszállás sem venné el nagyon az időt. A honlap szép, igényes, de tapasztalataim szerint nem megbízhatóak. Nem egy nagy munka, ennyi idő után úgy gondolom, már csak a reputációjuk érdekében, vagy egyszerűen becsületességből is beszúrhatták volna azt a fél órát valahova, amennyi idő egy ilyen elkészítése, de nekik tökmindegy. Sajnos nem tudom, milyen munkát végezhetnek ilyen hozzáállással, mert odáig el sem jutottunk. Minden alkalommal lemondás helyett ígérgettek, és ha én nem telefonálok, ők egyszer nem kerestek volna, hogy ne várjunk.

In the first days of June we ordered 1 kitchen top cabinet. They undertook it for September, but they very kindly promised that if they ever had some time and fit in, they would do it earlier. I inquired in September, they said they forgot, the end of October. I called in November when they told me that we had been waiting for him for almost half a year, and they kept promising, at every request, that they would not accept it. I would add, they are on our street corner, so getting out wouldn’t take much time either. The website is nice, demanding, but in my experience they are not reliable. Not a big job, after so much time, I think they could have inserted the half-hour somewhere as long as it takes to make such a thing, just for the sake of their reputation, or simply out of honesty, but it doesn't matter to them. Unfortunately, I don’t know what kind of work they can do with such an attitude, because we haven’t even gotten there. They promised instead of giving up every time, and if I didn’t call, they wouldn’t have sought once to wait.
