★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kifejezetten csalódott vagyok bennük. Egy kétszárnyú beltéri ajtót és egy átadó ablakot rendeltem tőlük. Az egész folyamatot az igénytelenség jellemezte, mind a felmérésnél mind a megvalósításnál. A beszerelésnél próbálták menteni a menthetőt, ezt elismerem, de nem sikerült. Egyébként semmilyen saját maguk által definiált határidőt nem tartottak be. „Befejezetlenül” szereltél fel az ajtót is, pl. nem hoztak kilincset és kilátszottak az üveg elemeket rögzítő deszkák „szegelései”. Adtak egy viasz krétát, hogy kenegessem, ha zavar. LOL Az ablakot fel se szerelték első körben, mert nem jó reteszt hoztak hozzá, visszavitték. Egy hónappal később: második körben, hozták az ablakot jó retesszel, yeah, és finom reklamálásom után próbáltak valamit a szegeléssel is kezdeni. 1-2 szeget sikerült beütni, így most már legalább egy sem lóg ki. De beviaszozni nem sikerült nekik, mert nem tapadt a viasz. Nincs harag, de ezek tények. Én csak leírtam. Ebből kell levonni a tanulságot. Nincs sok kedvem az accountom „megtaggelni” ezzel a negatív kritikával, de ha 1-2 embernek segít ez a kritika megkímélni magát az efféle problémáktól, akkor megérte.
I'm very disappointed with them. I ordered a two-door interior door and a transfer window. The whole process was characterized by modesty, both in terms of assessment and implementation. During the installation they tried to save the save, which I admit, but failed. Otherwise, they did not comply with any deadlines they had set themselves. You also installed the door "unfinished", eg. there was no handle and the "nails" of the boards fixing the glass elements. They gave me a wax chalk to lubricate it if it bothers me. LOL The window was not mounted in the first turn because it was not a good latch, it was taken back. A month later, in the second round, they brought the window in with a good latch, yeah, and after my fine complaint they tried to start something with the nailing. 1-2 nails were hit, so now at least none are hanging out. But they couldn't cure because they didn't stick to the wax. No anger, but these are facts. I just wrote it down. The lesson must be drawn from this. I don't have much of an inclination to "juggle" my account with this negative critique, but if one or two people help this critique save themselves from such problems, it's worth it.
