★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't even know where to begin ... The staff is nice and they smile and try to be very quick so that's positive . But I swear to God the rudest people eat here ... Mostly tourists , from my experience. There is rubbish all around the place that people think they have no obligation to put away after themselves and some people are so retarded that they put the trays in the trash can (????) While I was filling my cup, a girl simply pushed me away so that she can fill up hers before I do.. I have no idea how people can allow themselves to behave like this . And this is not the first time I'm experiencing this. I'm so sorry for everyone who works here, I don't think it's their fault (although they should clean a bit more frequently).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food came quickly and the server was nice. Those are the only positive notes. Chicken tenders and fries were soft and stale, the portions for the price are atrocious. The bathrooms are dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More like slow food service. Waited for 33 minutes for simple order of chicken and asked them twice and couldn't believe they forgot about my order. While they were skipping my order. I have never been so disappointed for the cold chicken. I always used to enjoy KFC but this time I almost felt like quitting. Still gonna enjoy it regardless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ice cold coleslaw , the self order kiosks out of service. The portions are getting smaller each time we visit. Cleanliness is questionable. Unfortunately we ran out of options for a quick bite so we ended up here. I think the food quality is also in decline.
