★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a shake. They didn't fill 1/4 of the cup. I understand that the shake price is higher in fast food restaurants but at least it must be full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting place, it's dirty, they're probably short on staff as well, the kiosk tablets do not give out receipts and it cannot be obtained (which is really really not good from the tax office's standpoint), so you might not get the code to the toilet as well, the staff is rude.
And while on every platform (Google and their own site) it is written that they close at 01:00 AM, they'll take your order at 11:00 PM (23:00) and tell you that they're closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ordering screens usually have a line, as some of them don't work, and there isn't always a staff member available to order in person.
The restaurant itself is roomy and kept in acceptable, but not exceptional hygiene conditions. There was a piece of bone in the floor close to our table, but the toilet seemed cleaner than most fast food chains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand the fact that the KFC was runs up until 3am, but the place was messed up. I even had to clean my table and seat because it was messed up by the last person that used it. The management should try and employ more people to work the late shifts and also pay attention to keeping the place neat.
