G	Gerő Udvardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Első benyomásunk remek volt, az appon kicsit lehetne javítani de komolyabb probléma nincs vele, a rendelés 10 perccel a becsült idő előtt érkezett meg és finom meleg volt az étel. Köszönjük a remek ebédet! Our first impression was great, the app could be improved a bit but there is no major problem with it, the order arrived 10 minutes before the estimated time and the food was deliciously hot. Thank you for a great lunch!
B	Beáta Demeule on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 2022.03.27-én a KFC Szigethalom DT (AMREST KFT.)-nél a bankkártyámmal próbáltam fizetni. Az ő termináljuk azt írta, hogy sikertelen a tranzakció, így a rendelést töröltük, és a pultnál jeleztem a problémát, majd ott rendeltem meg az árut és készpénzben fizettem. Mikor elindultam haza felé, akkor jött az SMS az Otp-től, hogy levonásra került ez a 11740 Ft a számlámról,az az összeg, amit a termináljuk sikertelennek írt. Visszamentem reklamálni az üzletbe, csináltak egy napi forgalmi jelentést, ahol nem jelent meg ez az összeg...viszont a bank levonta tőlem.így 2-szer fizettem ugyanazért. Ők pénzt nem adtak vissza,mondván reklamáljak a banknál. Én írtam a banknak is,és a KFC-nek is reklamációt...a KFC még válaszra sem méltatott....Természetesen a mai napig nem kaptam vissza a pénzt. Tiszta szégyen ez az üzletlánc!! Tolvaj banda! On March 27, 2022, KFC Szigethalom At DT (AMREST KFT.) I tried to pay with my credit card. Their terminal wrote that the failed transaction, so the order was canceled and I indicated the problem at the counter, then I ordered the goods there and paid in cash. When I left for home, the SMS came from Otp that this 11740 HUF had been deducted from my account, the amount that their terminal wrote as unsuccessful. I went back to the store to complain, they did a daily traffic report, where this amount did not appear ... but the bank deducted it from me. so i paid twice for the same. They did not return the money, saying complain to the bank. I also wrote a complaint to the bank and to KFC ... KFC didn't even respond ... Of course, I haven't got the money back to date. This chain is a pure shame !! Thief gang!

Appon rendeltem, odamentem, köszöntem kedvesen, majd odagurultam az ablakhoz, átvettem a rendelést, amit megköszöntem és mentem tovább. Itthon kibontva a zacskót, a képen látható csomagolás fogadott. Hoztam mást is, ezt meg meggondolom, hogy megharapjam-e mondjuk reggelire. (Amúgy a hölgy felhívta a figyelmem, hogy a blokk a zacskóban van - máskor hozzá szokták tűzni, gondolom, most eltűntek a kapcsok :)) I’m trying to grasp it funny because there was no disaster in the end, but look at the photo. I ordered an app, I went there, greeted her kindly, then rolled over to the window, took over the order, which I thanked and went on. At home, unpacking the bag, the packaging shown in the picture was received. I brought something else, and I'll change my mind if I bite for, say, breakfast. (Anyway, the lady drew my attention to the fact that the block is in the bag - other times it used to be attached to it, I think the staples are gone now :))

En meg ilyen rossz etelt nem ettem a kfcbe....A twisterbe nem volt semmi szinte, cserebe ami volt azt alaposan odaegettek. Nem volt rendesen osszecsavarva, borzalom volt. A csirkek szinte nyersek voltak. Az udito finom volt, azt nem sikerult elrontani. We ordered two twister boxes of cheese with bacon. I didn't eat such bad food in the kfc .... There was almost nothing in the twister to replace it. It wasn't properly twisted, it was a horror. The chickens were almost raw. The udito was delicious, it couldn't be spoiled.

Tegnapi rendelésem elfogyasztása közben ért egy kellemetlen meglepetés… elvitelre kértem, így csak otthon szembesültem vele, hogy az egyik qurittomba sikerült becsempészni egy egész csirkecombot!!!! Most komolyan??? kicsit kellemetlen volt az első harapás, de szerencsére az összes fogam épségben túlélte a találkozást. Csak gondoltam jelzem, hogy ezzel az új Szigethalmi étteremmel kezdjetek valamit mert nagyon gáz.? azt ne is említsem, hogy 10 percet álltam a kasszánál, úgy, hogy hozzam se szólt a néni, hogy mégis mit szeretnék én ott. Gondoltam adok még egy esélyt miután a múltkori házhozszállításos rendelésem felét se kaptam meg. De aztán fel óra alatt csak sikerült pótolni. Kosziiii ja és küldöm a képeket. Hello! While consuming my order yesterday, I had an unpleasant surprise… I asked to be taken away, so I was only confronted at home that I managed to smuggle an entire chicken leg into one of the qurittos !!!! Now seriously? Volt was the first bite a little uncomfortable, but luckily all my teeth survived the encounter intact. I just thought I'd signal you to start something with this new restaurant in Szigethalm because it's very gas. I thought I’d give it another chance after I didn’t even receive half of my last home delivery order. But then in an hour he just managed to make up. Kosziiii oh and I'll send the pictures.
