If you go to the McDrive, you can wait a quarter of an hour till you get something that doesn't look like the advertisement. I will not go back there.

If you want, as a Mc Donalds or gas station customer, to use a toilet, you need to have a 100 HUF coin, or you will not be able to use it. It doesn't matter that you have already paid for the meal in Mc Donalds or fill up your gas tank, and cards are not accepted. This is not McDonald's service that I am used to have. In this restaurant display for ordering food are NOT available and cashier doesn't speak english. There is a big parking and drive in.

Some dips served at hungarian Mc Donalds are really not my taste l. But the rest was fine

We got there at 11.55 and they are telling me they dont have power. But inside all the lights are on. They are cleaning. I waited until 12.50 and they are telling me tey have tehnical problem after a while my husband went there and they said they are cleaning. I thought this is a serios company but ...

There are no WC in the restaurant!!! Even for handwash you need to get out to the common place and to pay 100 ft. I do not know how they received the opereation licence.

Worst experience of my life. The location is on the highway in a dense traffic but only one person from personnel was speaking English. I was a traveler stopping for a refresh. I made my order but before to eat I wanted to go to toilet and wash my hands. Girl from counter wasn't speaking English but somehow she understood me and told me that I have to pay for toilet by showing me a coin of 100 forint (HUF, local money) which is equivalent with 0.25 Euro. I told her, more from hands, that I don't have and I will give her 50 Euro cents for it and she said "No, 1 EURO" . This is unacceptable!!!!!!! Finally she gave me for free and I brought her back the ticket I received from toilet. Most probably they are taking money back with those tickets. I don't know for sure. When I came back from toilet my delivery number passed already and Surprise!!! I had to wait 5 minutes more because " not ready" . When finally came was cold. Food was good (except that was cold already) because after all is McDonald's and restaurant was improving a lot their offer in a very good way. Nothing to complain against restaurant, only against the personnel. Being an area transited by tourists is normal for me that at least half to speak good English. And not to treat the non magyar disrespectful

In the evenings, especially around weekends, this place becomes a high stress environment. There is tons of cars and people who want to comfortably buy fast food and there is simply not enough staff and equipment and lanes to provide a good experience. The staff gives their best but the whole branch is just under-scaled for these hours.
