W	Wegar Bjerkeli Pedersen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpleasant. We just missed our connecting train to Belgrade, so we had to stay one night over in Budapest. Arrived late saturday in July, this was basically the only place we could find who had a private room available for a somewhat decent price.. Staff was not very welcoming (busy chatting on their mobile phones), and the room was of a really bad standard. Old furniture, strange smells, almost no hot water etc.. Way below what you would expect for €90. We regretted not spending €10 more for some of the more well-known hotels in the area. Only ekstra star is because of the location, definitely not recommended.
M	Marco Acce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent. Affordable and close to some of the main attractions of the city. The food is bad and the servings are too small. Rooms are tiny and not so clean as you'd expect. Mine did not have any window to the outside, not even in the bathroom, but had a large window towards a corridor. The elevator is slow and is frequently unusable for doors left open or something. Beds are uncomfortable and small. The staircase is outdoor and not heated and the outdoor hallways aren't even fully covered. Staff is kind and the receptionists speak english (waiters and attendants don't).
A	Andrew Cooper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stuff is very friendly. Location of this hotel is very convenient. It took us 10 mins of walking to get main sighnsings in the center of the city. Room itself was dirty a bit. Hotel doesn't provide basic bathroom set (shampoo, shoes). Also we booked room with double bed, however we got a room with two singles stayed close yo each other. Breakfast was fine, but with limited selection. As there are a lot of pubs around the hotel it was quite noisy during the night.

My mum was bitten all over by which I assume are bed bugs! The breakfast is poor not a lot of options. The staff are very rude and unhelpful! Our lock on the door wasn’t good sometimes you could lock the door sometimes you couldn’t, our door handle would slide in and out. Our stay here was awful and I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here!!

I'm currently staying in this abysmal excuse for a 3 star hotel and considering I'm a paying customer, I'm actually sleeping on the floor! The mattress in my room is completely past its use by date: all throughout the day yesterday, my back has been killing me because of the springs coming out of it! I asked them to change the room right now and the man at reception has the audacity to say that we have another room that we can give you but you will have to pay extra for it! He says I need to pay 40 EUR because 'it will have to be cleaned and prepared for you'! Can you imagine having to pay for not 1 but 2 rooms in this abysmal place so as to have a night's decent sleep!?! Great location admittedly but not worth staying in at all! Absolutely appalled by the staff trying to charge me extra to make up for the lack of decent facilities that they have here. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
M	Meir Testa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ רע! מלון שמבקש תשלום עבור הדפסת "chack-in" טיסה, זה מקום רע. מאוד מיושן, מגבות משנות ה60 וארוחת בוקר דלה. יחס עמדת הקבלה מעוררת כעס- מלבד פקידת קבלה אחת, שהיה לנו המזל, עמדת הקבלה ממש לא בקטע שלעזור לאורחים. מחיר הלינה במלון זול יחסי- אבל לדעתי לא שווה. חכמים- התרחקו ממלון זה. Bad! A hotel that asks for payment for printing a "chack-in" flight, this is a bad place. Very old-fashioned, towels from the 60's and a meager breakfast. The attitude of the receptionist's position is irritating - except for one receptionist, who was lucky, the reception desk is not really about helping guests. The price of a hotel is relatively cheap - but I think it's not worth it. Smart - stay away from this hotel.
