Gyanítom, hogy súlyra határozzák meg a költséget, különben mi indokolná, hogy a csomagban kb 4 kg súlyú vastagfalu préselt papír cső volt behelyezve. Fizessen a paraszt! A rendelés teljesítésére még két hét után is csak reklamáció hatására került sor, akkor sem teljesítették a teljes rendelést. Lehet hogy a reklamálásnak köszönhető a csomag kitömése a súlyokkal? Béna egy társaság, minimális árukészlettel, szinte mindenre az van feltüntetve, hogy RENDELÉSRE! Valószínű viszont, hogy üres dexion polcok kaphatók azonnal. Nem ajánlom senkinek! Kulturált módon kértük a visszaszállítását a gépnek és a pénz visszatérítést. A garanciális ügyintéző legfontosabb mondanivalója az volt, hogy pökhendi módon kioktasson, hogy nem néztük meg átvétel után 3 napon belül a készüléket. (kedden kaptuk meg szombaton akartuk beüzemelni, hétfőn jeleztük a problémát)Teljesen mindegy mivel nem elállni akartunk a vásárlástól, hanem a probléma garanciális jellegű volt. A visszaszállítás díját ránk akarták sózni, melyet nem tartok tisztességesnek mivel nem a mi hibánkból hiúsult meg a vásárlás, hanem működésre képtelen gépet küldtek.
