The food was great, service incompetent and rude. Which is sad, because cooks are doing a great job! A good service rule is to repeat an order to make sure you understood it right. We some sides but got different types not what we asked for, we asked for 2, got 3 wrong ones. Returned and got the accurate ones. The check had them all, although we returned them. A waiter said no, that’s what you ordered. A manager came “I won’t argue with you” - in a tone as if he’s making us a favor… not a big deal but that left a bad taste and ruining our first night in Budapest. Given this place is in top best restaurants. ??‍♀️

Food was really good! The location is really beautiful with view to Erzsébet híd. The interiors are chick and the staff are attentive. I had a lunch there and can recommend this place if you are struggling to find a good place to eat food.

This place is very elegant and offers a stunning view of the square. We had lunch around 13.30 and was quite hot outside, but totally worth it. The staff is kind and professional, but could be more involved in explaining the dishes to non locals. Nevertheless, the food was just amazing: beautifully presented, great balance of flavors. Definitely recommended.

I went there for the first time in my life to celebrate a romantic pre-Christmas dinner with my partner this year on 23rd December. As a Hungarian living abroad I've only heard tons of positive and great feedback on this restaurant, so we obviously arrived there with full of expectations. However, some aspects of our experience were sobering. We felt a bit weird that after reserving on 6th November (1.5 months earlier), we got one of the two tables which are placed right between the toilet doors. In the first seconds we were looking around but saw that all the tables were occupied or reserved, so we didn't sign it to our hostess. But it really made a super uncomfortable dinner with extremely limited move for our chairs (doorway, lamp behind), as well as people were passing around to go to the restroom, including the cleaning guy passed by several times with his tools to perform his duties... Finally, but not least: the table was annoyingly waggling. We signed the problem to one waitress without any consequence, but I must mention here too: one main dish was a rosé duck and the turnip served with it was literally tasteless/uncooked and solid like a stone, impossible to eat it. Also, for such a quality restaurant, it's extremely disturbing that one waiter registers the orders and may serve the drinks, another one serves the 1st dish, a different one the 2nd, and you pay the check at another one again. They were all of course very kind and professional. We would though love to return to this place as the food was in general great, not even talking about the quality and presentation of winter-cocktails we drank.

Beautiful terrace near the Danube, also the food was good especially the dessert. As a recommendation, make a reservation in advance, otherwise there is little chance of taking a seat at the table.

The restaurant interior is nice and looks like a mini opera house. There is a nice movie projecting on the wall. However, the Food and drinks are overly priced and the quality aren't worth what you are paying for. Service is quite slow and could be better due to the high prices and service charges included in the bill.

Really nice casual place with a short but interesting lunch menu. Inside is a great shabby-chic atmosphere, and seating outside is in a pleasantly green square. Although I didn’t try it, the menu of delicious sounding house-made ice cream by the scoop looked great.
