Viszont mivel nő vagyok, se szerszámaim , se nyilván erőm nem lett volna a cseréhez, így szerelőt kértem. Miután a szerelő elment, akkor láttam, hogy jobban csöpög a csap, mint előtte. Ja, telefonon elérhetetlenek, automata, de hiába nyomja meg az ember az egyes gombot, hogy személyesen szeretne beszélni, nem veszik fel, vissza nem hívnak. Emailre reagálnak csak. Nos másnap visszajött a szerelő, ki kellett cserélni még egy alkatrészt, végülis az okozta a csöpögést. A furcsa, hogy ő érezte sértettnek magát, mondván, én előző nap azt mondtam 3x is, hogy rendben van a csap. De hisz be se tudtam menni a fürdőszobába, amíg itt volt, csak miután elment. De sehogyse értem, hogy tud elmenni egy szerelő úgy, hogy nem veszi észre, hogy jobban csöpög a csap, mint előtte. És még ő ideges! They only respond to email. Well, the mechanic came back the next day, he had to replace another part, after all, it caused the drip. The weird thing is that he felt offended, saying I had said 3x the day before that the tap was okay. But believe me, I couldn't go to the bathroom while he was here, only after he left. But by no means do I mean that you can go to a mechanic without noticing that the tap is dripping better than before. And even he's nervous!

Amit művelnek minősíthetetlen, én ilyennel még nem találkoztam. They are out of reach on the phone, I tried for days, no chance. They then came out and repaired two more taps at our home in the 3rd district that we had been unable to remove. At all times they have been very professional and polite, and made no mess. Worth every penny!
