★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amikor bent voltam náluk, a 3 ügyintéző helyett 1 dolgozott, így majdnem az utcán állt a sor vége. Értem, hogy nyár van és szabadság szezon de talán nem egyszerre kéne mindenkinek nyaralni menni.
Az ügyintézés folyamatával is vannak problémák. Egy flottából való kiléptetést kértem. A hölgy állítása szerint "elindította a folyamatot", majd hív. 1 hétig nem hívott, aztán én próbáltam hívni napi 2-3 alkalommal, sikertelenül. Sose vette fel a telefont. Hívtam egy másik számukat, sikerült beszélnem egy másik hölggyel aki kicsit hisztis volt de legalább átpasszolta az ügyemet egy olyan személyhez aki 1 napon belül elintézte azt amit a kolléganőjének 2 hét alatt nem sikerült.
When I was with them, 1 worked instead of 3 clerks, so it was almost the end of the line on the street. I understand it’s summer and holiday season but maybe not everyone should go on holiday at the same time.
There are also problems with the administration process. I asked to leave a fleet. The lady claims to have "started the process" and then calls. I didn’t call for 1 week, then I tried to call 2-3 times a day, unsuccessfully. He never picked up the phone. I called another number of them, I managed to talk to another lady who was a little hysterical but at least passed my case to a person who did in 1 day what her colleague did not do in 2 weeks.
