Egy egyszerű lakcímkártyát is képtelenek helyesen lemásolni! Egy nyomtatóból, két különböző adattal nyomják az ember orra alá a papírt aláírásra. Amikor szól az ember, hogy nem stimmel a két papíron szereplő adat, akkor sértődötten összegyűrve a papírt, kukába hajítja. Szánalmas társaság! Meg is látszik,hogy mennyien tolonganak az üzletben! Aki teheti váltson szolgáltatót! Soha többé Telenor!
