★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was so refreshing to find this cute and atmospheric place off the beaten touristic path! Only a short 20mins ride on the green line HEV from the city centre Batthiany Ter. The restaurant has a cozy conservatory area which was just perfect for us. Tasty, epicure Hungarian dishes and very friendly staff! We had a wonderful time. The owner has a gorgeous little chocolate shop/cafe just round the corner. Really worth a try as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place serves modern Hungarian food. The menu is only available in Hungarian so bring a dictionary or a Hungarian friend to translate. I thought the food was nothing special and a little bit over priced. Of the 5 meals we ordered only one was what I would call delicious (layered potato bake) the others were just okay (crumbled pork medallion, catfish stew, Wiener schnitzel and a soup). I did enjoy the decor and the service was friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good food, realy authentic hungarian dishes with a modern twist.
The portions are quite big and to my delight they have craft beer from the tap as well as a nice selection of wines.
If you are looking for real hungarian food and flaire this is the place for you. I recomend the cow tongue with beet mayo and potatoe pure, it’s delicious!
The staff is very nice and friendly.
The have a top floor where you can just have a get together with friends if you just feel like having some coffe and dessert.
The have a kiddy corner which is always a plus and a nice little back yard with lovely rose bushes and strawberries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We lived in this district few years ago. I really loved this place because the foods really tasty. I always eat my favorite dessert "madártej" which a light dessert feom egg. Last time I eat steak with mushroom risotto. Every part of my lunch was delicious. The staff really friendly and the waiting time was acceptable. Furnitures are really a gem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking for a vfm restaurant near us. We stayed in a hotel in Rómaifürdő. That restaurant was the nearest. We walked till there. You should be careful on the streets because the Hungarians drive fast.
Very well decorated restaurant and the staff really hospitable. Food and beer was really good. The restaurant is about an hour outside Budapest. If you stay near there, is a good choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very nice place, I recommend if you are close by. One negative factor was the waiting time. We had to wait almost 2 hours even for the starters. Maybe because we had a table for 8 people. Otherwise they offer very tasty Hungarian meals and decent portions.
