Dunakeszire több millió ft értékben vásároltunk nyílászárót Önöktől,már a beépítés után is jeleztük többször, hogy az ajtóban rossz a zár mert akad, rendszeresen beszorul és nem lehet kinyitni! Volt kint megnézni a szakember aki beépítette, és azt mondta, hogy a zárat cserélni kell mert rossz, lefotózta a típusát és jelezte Önök felé. A mai napig nem történt meg,mivel a forgalmazó cégvezető sem az emailre sem telefonra nem reagál így csak az maradt lehetőségként, hogy ünnepek után a NAVnál teszek feljelentést a cég ellen! Köszönöm a korrektségüket: ( Több milliós vásárlás jó a cégnek de garanciális hibát nem orvosolják!) Senkinek nem ajánlom a céget!

We bought doors and windows worth millions of ft from Dunakeszi, even after the installation we indicated several times that the door lock is bad because it is stuck, it gets stuck regularly and it can't be opened! I was out there to see the specialist who installed it and said the lock needed to be replaced because it was bad, took a picture of the type and signaled it to you. To date, this has not happened, as the distribution manager does not respond to email or phone, so the only option left is to file a complaint against the company with NAV after the holidays! Thank you for your correctness: (Millions of purchases are good for the company but they do not remedy a warranty defect!) I do not recommend the company to anyone!
