Akkor még Kerepes filiájaként működő egyházközség 1913. november 1-jén nyerte el függetlenségét és első helyi lelkésze Kubasek József volt.
The church of Kistarcsa was consecrated in 1880. In less than half a year, it was built in honor of the Queen of the Rosary, a Catholic community of 600 people at the time. At that time, the parish, which was still a branch of Kerepes, gained its independence on November 1, 1913, and its first local pastor was József Kubasek.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A templom gyönyörű. Ateistáknak is ajánlott a megtekintése. Kár, hogy ilyen nagyszámú felekezethez csak 2 vasárnapi mise szolgáltatik. A zsúfoltság miatt lehetetlen betartani a járvány ellen ajánlott egymásközti távolságot.
The church is beautiful. It is also recommended for atheists to watch. It is a pity that only 2 Sunday Masses are provided for such a large number of denominations. Due to congestion, it is impossible to maintain the recommended distance against each other.
