Tegnap vettem itt egy nagy dinnyét, ami 2500ftba került, ám amikor hazavittem és felvágtam kiderült, hogy romlott volt, folyt a leve és büdös volt, fogyaszthatatlan. Visszavittem, de közölték velem, hogy nem hajlandóak kicserélni vagy visszaadni a pénzt mert ez nekik is veszteség. Végül a boltvezetőt sikerült elérni, aki nagyon lekezelő stílusban mondta, hogy akkor vigyük vissza és majd az alkalmazottak visszaadják a pénzt. Visszakaptam a pénzem, de szerintem senki nem érdemli meg, hogy így beszéljenek vele amikor sem az én hibám, sem az alkalmazottaké, és sem a boltvezető hibája az, hogy romlott volt a dinnye. Mindenki megdolgozik a pénzért és én úgy gondolom, hogy ha már elköltök 2500ft-ot, akkor legyen értelme... Not nice sellers and store manager! Ma vásároltunk 2 db eldobható maszkot, aminek a pántja rögtön a távozás után elszakadt, olyan rossz minőségű volt, hogy a ragasztó már az első felvételnél elengedett. Gondolom a legolcsóbb kínai termék volt, 400 ft-ért árusítva mellesleg. Ez még nem is a legnagyobb probléma, de amikor visszamentem, hogy az eladó hölgy cserélje ki, közölte velem, hogy ez a vevő problémája, és ő bizony nem cseréli ki, mert neki ez veszteséget jelent. Vevőszolgálat magasiskolája ??‍♀️Végül amikor a férjem elkérte a panaszkönyvet, akkor nagy nehezen, hogy elkerülje a fogyasztóvédelem bevonását, hozzánk vágott egy cseremaszkot, és úgy köszönt el, hogy “remélem ez is elszakad”. Csak gratulálni tudok ehhez a minősíthetetlen viselkedéshez. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
