Very unfriendly member of staff tonight. Typical usual rusty customer service... You dont need to be smile but dont be ignorant. I wont be going back to this Shell. A smile costs nothing and friendly staff goes a long way. If you dont want to work on Christmas Eve, fine, but dont take it out on customers with your attitude.

station on the main ring road of Budapest and only 2 dispensers are open. Shell workers were gone for 10 minutes. To stand in line to the distributor at 3:00 am, something is already really wrong.

Deliberately closing the toilets to their customers and saying it’s out of order. Only 2 pumps working out of 8. One staff taking ages to serve.

The worst staff I have ever encountered that steals from the customer. They charged me 1,600 forints more than the cost of my articles and when I asked for my money back they first refused and then gave me back forints even though I paid with a card and requested refund in euros or on the same way I paid! I called for the manager they said no and laughed. Two employees a tall guy and a girl are stealing from the customers. There is no customer service telephone that I could call and when I called the station number the same guy that refused to call the manager picked up and dropped the call.

So dirtty WC and for that need to pay 1€. Worker are unfriendly she said wenn Coffee can get only start of 6 am. What for serviss.

Be careful, staff is cheating on receipts. We’ve ordered two coffees by 499 ft each, But we’re given the receipt of 1597 ft, they didn’t want to give our money back, only after I start to call the police, they gave back 500ft… Be careful with these people and check your receipt

Poor service, dirty toilet. If I have to pay for the toilet 1 €, at least to be somebody there to check it and clean from time to time.

What a bad service ! If I could give 0 starts for sure I would give !!! I was today with my family driving to shell in Hungary for benzine . But we also wanted to use the bathroom of course, my dad went inside and gave the so called “machine” 2€ . And the machine did not even gave our change back because the machine says 1€ but we saw there costumers giving 1€ to the machine but it was not letting anyone in so , people were giving 2€ and no body gave our 1€ change !!! Can you believe that ?? We asked for help to a woman who was working there she had, black medium long hair , she was tall and had dark/ or blue eyes she was so mean and told my dad with a mean voice if you can’t speak hungarian , or english then we can not help ! After that I came and said in English we already gave 2€ to the machine but it’s not giving us our change back not just ours also from other people . Then my father started to yell back to her also because she was also yelling and my dad said call the police please and we are going to explain them everything , the suprise was she did call them “so called” but they didn’t came because she knew too that we are right ! It was like a whole mess today in the morning no one wants anything like this to happen we are not someone who will make problems for 2€ but if you can’t search and talk about your rights then it will be a huge problem . What a shame in such a beautiful and known named tankstation . By the way the toilets were not even clean and I will never ever give 6€ to any coffee ! By ALI BG
