Maga a munka tipikus 1 bites, könnyen betanulható még egy agyhalott is megtudja csinálni. Többféle munkafolyamatot lehet tanulni így annyira nem monoton, bár egy idő után azzá válik. Elvégzett munka per fizetés szempontjából magasan a legjobb Nógrád megyében. A fluktuáció nem olyan magas. Valakinek bejön, valakinek nem. Akinek igen az általában hosszú időre megragad. Mivel a megyében a gyárak egymás hátára épülnek így ide is lasszóval kell vadászni az embereket, ezért sajnos eléggé színes a felhozatal. Aztán ismét hívnak másik interjúra ezt követően pár nap múlva telefonon közlik sajnos jelenleg nem tudnak állást ajánlani. Pár hónap elteltével ismét behívnak ,de csak betanított munkát tudnak ajánlani ami engem nem érdekel! Vicc kategória már vagy ötször voltam ennél a cégnél ,de semmi értelme nem volt, többet ha hívnak sem megyek az biztos! Már azt gondoltam velem van a probléma ,de nem ismeretségi körömben többen is ugyan így jártak sajnos. A minőségbiztosítási állásokat évek óta hirdetik , szerintem betölthetetlen nem létező állások...
