★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience with Koala Autorent - they were very helpful, courteous, responsive by phone and email, and very straightforward about costs, etc. I've had bad experiences in the past with car rental companies charging me thousands of dollars for tiny scratches on the car they discovered after I had dropped off the car, so it was very nice to deal with a company that immediately released the security hold on my credit card in my presence after inspecting the car together. I would definitely rent from them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good car rental with client-oriented managers. I used it twice and had no problems at all. The car was provided on time, exactly which I wanted. Contracts are signed in duplicate: Hungarian and English. You just need to be a careful driver and think about proper insurance for long distances.

The representatives were very nice, helpful and practice a good listening skills in order to offered me a great service that goes beyond my expectations. However, they took photos of the Renault Captur Car I rented and the contract which were sent right away to my email. In addition to that the car was very clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect! I received the car which I booked and it was an absolutely new Toyota Yaris for a very good price. The mileage is limited by 150 km/day, so, unfortunately, it wasn’t enough for my trip but the price for extra km is ok. I had a wonderful journey, thanks Koala Autorent for such an opportunity! Also the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this rental company if you plan to travel across Hungary and neighboring EU countries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks for a pleasant cooperation! Thanks to Koala and the staff for their professionalism and help. The guys are always in touch, promptly response on any issues by phone and e-mail. Minimum bureaucracy and very fast contract execution on the best terms. Really fast service. I don't speak Hungarian, they solved all needed routines quickly, explained everything in English and gave me a clean car right away. When I returned, they took the car back, photographed it and quickly returned the deposit. And they are also conveniently accessible from my house by tram) The best impressions! And the cars are mostly new which is also nice. What else can I say, the best choice to have a car rent here (in my experience) :)
