Bementünk ismerkedni a gépekkel, és kb. 1 órát nézelődhettünk. A földszinten dolgozó munkatársnak volt mentsége, mivel egy potenciális ügyféllel foglalkozott. Ám ez engem mint lehetséges ügyfelet nem kell, hogy érdekeljen, így miután megnézegettük a gépeket és senkitől nem tudtunk kérdezni, megállapítottuk, hogy itt minden drága és kimentünk. Majd az emeleti részt is megnéztük. Itt rajtunk kívül nem volt más ügyfél, vagy érdeklődő, de a munkatárs végig magánbeszélgetést folytatott a telefonon. Látványosan megnéztünk mindent, többször elsétáltunk előtte, majd toporogtunk egy kicsit a prosiknál, és mivel egy utalást sem tett arra, hogy már le kéne tennie a telefont elmentünk. Unkorrekte Montage und furchtbare Qualität haben meine Nerven kaputt gemacht. Ich habe insgesammt nur 3 Monaten die Küche benutzt und alles seht schon schreklich aus. Der Geschäftinhaber hat gesagt, dass es ist nicht sein Problem. Und er will überhaupt nicht diese Probleme beseitigen.
