I ordered an xbox on the 24th of November , and got an email that they would deliver it in 1-4 days , on the 30th of November I went to a shop to ask if I can order there and they said only online , I explained that I had but it is impossible to get them on the phone , but to write them an email , which I did , on Dec 1 I got a response saying it was out of stock but they will be getting new stock this week , and then I got another email saying it will arrive within 1-4 days , on Dec 6 I wrote an email to inquire as to what was happening with my order and never got a reply, on Dec 10 I went to the same shop again , they said they are really sorry but they cant help me with anything and I have to write an email . After pestering them for a while as it is a Konzolvilag store , and to get their products you have to order online as they wont order it to the shop and they dont store anything the store employee wrote an email , and said that they might answer they might not. in the meanwhile it is impossible to get a hold of them on the phone , they dont answer emails , I am about to send of my 3'd one with little hopes of an answer , in short , I deeply regret ordering anything from them , and I would highly recommend , never using them for anything , ever !
