★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos a nyitvatartás nem pontos az online felületen. Múlt hét csütörtökön mentem volna 17:00-ra ügyet intézni és zárva volt. Már 15:00-kor bezárt, holott 18:00-ig kellett volna nyitva tartani aznap az online nyitva tartás szerint. Sajnos nem csak én jártam így. Volt aki aznap 17:00-ra kapott időpontot. Ezt jó lenne frissíteni folyamatosan!
Unfortunately, the opening hours are not accurate on the online interface. Last Thursday I would have gone to 17:00 to deal with a case and it was closed. It was already closed at 3pm, although it should have been open until 6pm that day, according to the online opening hours. Unfortunately, it wasn't just me. Some got an appointment for 5:00 that day. It would be nice to update this constantly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon pozitív tapasztalat, minden értelemben. Gyorsan lehet ügyet intézni és megdöbbentően kedvesek, segítőkészek az itt dolgozók. Komoly kontraszt a korábbi tapasztalatainkhoz képest, amiket a főváros környéki (elsősorban Szentendre és környéke) kormányablakoknál tapasztaltunk. Nagyon pozitív. Bízom benne, hogy ezt a hozzáállást meg tudják tartani hosszú távon is. ??
It is a very positive experience in every sense. The matter can be dealt with quickly and the people who work here are startlingly kind and helpful. There is a serious contrast to our previous experience with the government windows around the capital (mainly Szentendre and its surroundings). Very positive. I am confident that this attitude can be maintained in the long run. ??
