★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Már 1 órája hívogatom telefonon az irodát és senki nincs aki felvegye a telefont.Visszahívni természetesen nincs lehetőség ezt valószínüleg emberhiány vagy elfoglaltság miatt nem is tudnák megtenni.Kérdésem az lenne, hogy akkor minek kell egyáltalán telefonos elérhetőséget megadni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonos kódért mentem. 30 perc várakozás után az ügyintéző hozzá nem értés miatt átirányitotta a hivószámomat, újabb 30 perc várakozási idő. 60 percet vártam, amikor 1 ügyfél volt előttem.
I went for a phone code. After waiting 30 minutes, the clerk redirected my call number due to incompetence, another 30 minutes waiting time. I waited 60 minutes when I had 1 customer in front of me.
