Többet tettek értünk mint amennyit kellet volna, és végig professzionálisak és kedvesek voltak az ügyintézés során. Nagyon elégedett vagyok a munkájukkal. Köszönöm. My experience a few years ago was very similar - it was time to describe it!

We spent there 3 hours with my two years old son and it was terrible because you don't even have place to sit down so many people are waiting. But the reception lady was nice to us and she called the manager who gave us the appointment for next day to come without waiting in line again. No baby room and no place for kid to draw or play. This place should be reformed somehow because now if you need something there you should be ready to spend your whole day there.
